Woman Arrested in West Texas Walmart Theft Ring

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division announced the arrest recently of 29-year-old Kelli Nacole Sellers, a resident of Fluvanna, near the town of Snyder.

Sellers was named in an affidavit that links eight individuals to a Walmart shoplifting scheme that spans across Levelland, Lubbock, Plainview, Odessa and Midland from 2021 to 2024.

After a warrant for Sellers' arrest was issued, she was located and taken to Lubbock County Jail. She is charged with a second-degree felony of organized retail theft between $2,500 and $30,000. 

Sellers has also attracted attention from across state lines, as New Mexico has declared her a fugitive of justice stemming from an old warrant.
