Men Sought After Allegedly Stealing From Grape Creek Firefighters

GRAPE CREEK, TX — The Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department is asking for help identifying two men accused of stealing outdoor HVAC components from fire department property Saturday morning.

According to a social media post from the department, this happened around 9:50 a.m. at 8325 U.S. Highway 87 North in Grape Creek. A local resident confronted the men while they were reportedly removing HVAC parts but said they left the property without identifying themselves.

Photos released by the fire department show two men sitting inside a light-colored Toyota Sequoia.  Another photo shows the SUV’s rear with a temporary Texas license plate number 8168T89, military ribbon decals, and a bumper sticker reading “Proudly Served.”

The department said local law enforcement has been notified. No arrests have been reported.

Anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.
