Thursday was the start of October, and with it came more of the usual: arrests for thefts, drugs and alcohol.
Of the 22 booked into the county jail, the majority had warrants, while theft and public intoxication comprised the majority of complaints at three apiece. Also booked on Thursday was one person charged with DWI, one charged with assault, one accused of evading arrest and one charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Forty-four inmates were released on Thursday.
