A 77-year-old Willow Park man was killed Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 84 in Garza County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
A man has been charged with federal arson after prosecutors allege he intentionally set a fire outside the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building in Manhattan, threw fireworks into the flames and injured at least one person.
