SAN ANGELO, TX – Do you know the man in the video above?

The San Angelo Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying this theft suspect.

Incident: Lowe’s Home Improvement between 8:09 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on February 26, 2020.

The male suspect fled the scene in a black SUV with paper plates (driven by an unknown).
