WATCH: Hundreds Flock to 25th Annual Santa Rita Fourth of July Parade

SAN ANGELO, TX -- As part of the countless events taking place in San Angelo on the Fourth of July, hundreds of residents turned out for the 25th annual Santa Rita Parade Thursday morning.

The residents lined the streets along the parade route in the Santa Rita neighborhood, collecting candy and displaying their patriotism along with those in the parade.

The parade, which is held every year by the Greater Santa Rita Homeowners Association, began at Santa Rita Park. No motorized vehicles are allowed in the parade, but participants are always encouraged to decorate their bikes and wagons.
