AUSTIN, TX – Matthew McConaughey is at again Friday making sure people all around the great state of Texas are informed and encouraged during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

"This to shall pass!" said McConaughey in the start of the video. "Keep that in mind when you start getting frustrated about how your life style has changed." 

He went on to remind folks that sports still aren't going on and the quicker we beat the coronavirus the fast we get sports back. 

McConaughey finished by asking people to show the rest of the world "Oh that's how you get through a crisis."

He also reminded everyone to "call your mommas, dads, brothers, sisters, aunt, uncles, cousins, anyone who loves you because it's a great time to do it."
