Pfluger Hosts Garden City Town Hall, Honors 4-H Livestock Judging Team

 

GARDEN CITY, TX — Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) today hosted a community town hall in Garden City, where he met with constituents to share updates on his work in Washington, discuss the implications of the Democrats' ongoing government shutdown, and answer questions from those in attendance. 

During the event, Congressman Pfluger also recognized the Glasscock County 4-H Livestock Judging Team for finishing in 9th place at nationals. Team members included Levi Easterling, Brylon Frerich, Miles Halfmann, and Tatum Braden. Erica Batla and Carylon Frerich accepted the Congressional Certificate from the Congressman on behalf of the team.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet with so many welcoming constituents and answer questions amid the Democrats' government shutdown,” said Congressman August Pfluger. “It was also an honor to recognize the exceptional young men and women on the Glasscock 4-H Livestock Judging Team for their outstanding achievement at nationals.
