KERRVILLE, TX — The death toll from the flooding in Texas over the July 4 weekend has climbed to 82 as of Monday morning.
The majority of the deaths occurred in Kerr County, where at least 68 people have been confirmed dead, including 28 children.
Many of the victims were from Camp Mystic, an all-girls summer camp located on the Guadalupe River west of Kerrville.
At least 10 girls and a counselor from from Camp Mystic are still missing.
There were also five deaths reported in Travis County, three in Burnet County, two in Williamson County, and one in Tom Green and Kendall counties.
Another flash flood warning was issued Monday morning for the Hill Country, which includes the town of Llano.
