SAN ANGELO, TX — Motorists in Concho, Menard, Schleicher, Crockett, Sterling, and Glasscock counties should expect traffic delays on Thursday, August 15, as a "super heavy load" is scheduled to travel through the area.
The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert today advising drivers to plan ahead and drive safely.
The load will follow a designated route that includes highways near San Angelo and extends through several rural areas.
