Special Needs Man in Tactical Gear Creates A Stir at a School

ODESSA – A 20-year-old special needs man created quite a stir when he attempted to enter the Sam Houston Elementary School in Odessa on Wednesday afternoon. According to reports, the man was walking in the neighborhood of the school and subsequently began banging on the windows and entered the office of the school. As a result, the school was placed on lockdown. 

Authorities responded and it was then determined that the man never entered the building. The lockdown was lifted after about thirty minutes and students were allowed to go home.
