Brownwood Has 3 Splash Pads Opening for the Summer

 

BROWNWOOD — The city of Brownwood has announced that all three splash pads are open for the summer season.

In a social media post, the city of Brownwood announced that two of the cities splash pads are officially open with a third opening on Wednesday, April 26.

San Angelo is in the process of installing two splash pads.  

The City of Brownwood Facebook says:

Splash pads are officially open for the season! Mayes and Trigg Park splash pads are now open. The Allcorn Park splash pad opens on Wednesday, April 26th.

The City of Brownwood has three splash pads located at parks nearby elementary schools. These locations are highly visible, familiar to residents, serve multiple neighborhoods, and provide easy access to schools. Splash pad operation hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. each day.

  • Allcorn Park: 1501 Indian Creek Drive- Opening Wednesday
  • Mayes Park: 2700 Austin Avenue- Now Open
  • Trigg Park: 307 Bluffview Drive- Now Open
