MARATHON, TX – Do you have $320 million and want to get away from society? Well then this is the spot for you.
According to the King Land & Water, on September 8, one of the largest ranch in Texas, the Brewster Ranches, is for sale.
The 420,000 acre property has been listed for $320 million for the whole thing. If you don't have that kind of capital the owners are willing to sell one of the five ranches apart of the property:
- Rio Texico 117,000 acres
- Dove Mountain 196,000 acres
- Horse Mountain 34,124 acres
- YE Mesa 52,022 acres
- Tesnus 19,814 acres
The Brewster Ranches have a number of wildlife including mule deer, elk, aoudad, big horn sheep, and even the occasional black bear.
