Missing Elderly Man Could be in Harms Way

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A search is underway for an elderly man from San Antonio. Lonnie Penrod, 79, went missing Monday afternoon, according to KTXS.

The San Antonio Police Department said Penrod was driving a gray 2018 Toyota Sienna with Texas temporary license plate 18470W1. Penrod was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.

Penrod is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and officials believe that it poses a threat to his own health and safety.
