LLANO, TX -- The two wildfires burning in Llano County are 60 percent contained according to the Llano County Office of Emergency Management.
Officials say the two fires have burned almost 1,900 acres and there are more than 20 organizations battling the blazes.
The first fire started in Blanco County before burning its way into Llano County near Horseshoe Bay.
That fire is 90 percent contained as of Friday morning and burned 680 acres.
The second fire was further west near CR 308 and has burned about 1,200 acres. It is 60 percent contained.
According to the Llano County OEM facebook pate, the following is a list of the agencies and organizations that have provided assistance to Llano County in our efforts to combat the CR 308 fire. We will update the list to reflect any additions or omissions as we learn of them.
