ODESSA, TX - Rosas's Cafe in Odessa started serving breakfast Friday morning as part of a trial initiative. The chain is testing the menu at its Hwy 191 and Faudree Rd. location.
CBS 7 captured the popularity of the new menu as vehicles lined up in the drive-thru to try the new options. The news source reported the line wrapped around the building.
Some of the new choices include a variety of breakfast tacos, along with a migas plate. Breakfast is served between 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., drive-thru only.
If the menu continues to be popular, it will expand to other locations in the future.
