The Texas Department of Public Safety has increased the reward to $8,000 for information leading to the capture of Manuel Raul Maese, 62, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender.
Maese is the featured fugitive for the month of June, which led to the increase in reward for any information or tips leading to his capture. The increase in reward will only be effective for tips given this month.
Maese is a high-risk sex offender wanted for indecent exposure and failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Texas DPS noted that all tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Maese has ties to El Paso and an extensive criminal history in El Paso County, including a conviction for indecency with a child and six convictions for indecent exposure. For more information or updates in the event of his arrest, see his wanted bulletin at: www.dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/SexOffenderDetails.aspx?id=320.
Maese is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 210 pounds. Maese has an extensive history of working as a commercial truck driver. He has used the alias of Manuel Montalvo in the past and may be known as “Manny.”
