Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Arrested in Fort Worth

Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, Lavinci Damon Henderson, 41, was arrested in Fort Worth, Friday, March 4.

Henderson, a high-risk sex offender, was wanted for sexual assault of a child and failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest was a result of tip information, and a reward up to $5,000 will be paid.

Working off tip information, the U.S. Marshals Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force, including members of the DPS Criminal Investigations Division, located and arrested Henderson without incident at a Fort Worth residence. The Fort Worth Police Department also assisted in the apprehension.

Henderson was convicted in Tarrant County of two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. For more information, see his captured bulletin at:

So far in 2016, DPS and other agencies have arrested four Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders. This includes three sex offenders and two gang members. $5,000 in rewards have been paid for tips that resulted in arrests.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the five following methods:

All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted, and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name. DPS investigators have said not to attempt arresting the individual involved with the tip information.

DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and Sex Offender lists.
