Eagle Pass Border Patrol Agents Arrest Convicted Murderer

DEL RIO – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station apprehended a convicted murderer recently.

On Oct. 17, agents from the Eagle Pass South Station patrolling near Eagle Pass encountered, Francisco Rodriguez-Garcia, 44, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. During processing, agents discovered that Rodriguez-Garcia was a convicted murderer.
