Fort Chadbourne Named Among Top Texas Travel Destinations

Readers of the Texas Highways magazine voted Fort Chadbourne among the 2014 Texas Top 40 Travel Destinations.

Last fall, Texas Highways asked readers to share their favorite places in the state by phone, email, Facebook, or letters.  Thousands of readers responded, and Fort Chadbourne landed the #22 spot on the Top 40 list from all over the State of Texas.

Fort Chadbourne received a call from Jill Lawless, Editor of Texas Highways, on April 8, 2014, congratulating the Fort Chadbourne Foundation for landing a spot on the list.

In celebration of Texas Highways 40th anniversary as the official travel magazine of Texas, the  Top 40 countdown will begin with the May issue.  You can find Fort Chadbourne on page 41.
