WATCH: Angelo State Looks to Bounce Back Against A&M-Kingsville

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Angelo State Rams will see a familiar opponent twice this week, opening a home-and-home Lone Star Conference series against the Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelinas on Wednesday night at the Junell Center–Stephens Arena before traveling to Kingsville for a rematch Saturday afternoon.

Angelo State split a short week, edging UT Permian Basin 80-77 on Tuesday before falling 65-53 to UT Dallas last Thursday in the teams’ first-ever meeting.

Zyon Little and Jhordan Ryan both posted double-doubles against the Falcons, with Little finishing with 19 points and 10 rebounds and Ryan adding 13 points and 11 boards. Ryan followed with a standout effort against UT Dallas, scoring 18 points and grabbing 19 rebounds.
