WATCH: Angelo State Rams Look to Correct 3-Game Skid

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Angelo State Rams dropped two consecutive games on their road trip to Oklahoma last weekend. The Rams fell to Cameron on Thursday, 76-71, before coming up short against Oklahoma Christian on Saturday, 56-50.

Head Coach Vinay Patel talked about the road trip at his weekly press conference at the Junell Center on Monday. The Rams are currently in a 3-game skid due mainly to injuries to the starting lineup. With injuries to key players, the Rams only had seven players in rotation for the matchup against Oklahoma Christian on Saturday.

Next up, Angelo State will look to correct the recent skid against UT Permian Basin on Tuesday. The Rams host two home games this week. The one on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. and then again on Thursday, Jan. 15, against LSC newcomer UT Dallas. Thursday's matchup is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
