Central's Mark Smith Recaps the 2025 Season

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Central Bobcats saw their 2025 season come to an end in the area round two weeks ago. The Bobcats fell to Southlake Carroll in a game where the Dragons proved that they deserved their No. 1 ranking in Texas.

Central finished with an 8-4 overall record in 2025, four wins better than last season (4-6). The Bobcats made it back to the playoffs for the first time in three seasons and notched a bidistrict championship in the win over El Paso Pebble Hills.
