Wall Football Ready for 2025's First Scrimmage

WALL, TX — Football season is upon us, and the Wall Hawks continue to grind through Fall Camp as they prepare for their first scrimmage of the 2025 season.

Hawks' Head Coach Craig Slaughter took time after practice on Wednesday, August 14, to discuss his team's progress and what he expects from their first scrimmage with Early on Friday.

The scrimmage begins on Friday, August 15, with the Freshman Team at 5:45. The Junior Varsity will take the field at around 6:30 p.m., and the Varsity scrimmage will begin after that. There is no set start time for the Varisty Scrimmage.

The Hawks continue through Fall camp next week until they face off with Breckenridge next Thursday, August 21. Wall plays its season opener at home against Mason on Friday, August 29. Kickoff in that matchup is set for 7 p.m.
