TLCA San Angelo Whomps Grape Creek to Pick Up First District Win

SAN ANGELO, TX – The TLCA San Angelo Eagles were able to pick up their first district win of the season on Friday night with a blowout win over the Grape Creek Eagles, 35-12.

TLCA put on a stellar performance by jumping ahead early with the help of fumble recoveries, interceptions, and a huge passing attack.

Despite the loss, Grape Creek did show flashes of a good team by forcing turnovers themselves and scoring a touchdown in each half.

Next week, TLCA goes to Wall to play the district favorite. As for Grape Creek, they host Early with hopes of picking up their first win of the season.
