Wall's Payne Smith Signs with Hardin-Simmons

WALL— On Friday, Wall's Payne Smith, a tennis player and golfer, signed to play tennis with Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. Smith is the only player from Wall who won two Wall Hawk MVP awards.
