WALL, TX — The Wall Hawks are 2023 District 2-3A Division II Champions. The Hawks hosted the Brady Bulldogs in Wall on Friday night, November 3. Wall dominated from start to finish to secure an outright district championship 68-0.

Gunnar Dillard started the scoring off for the Hawks early in the first quarter. Dillard called his own number at the 4-yard line to put Wall up 6-0. After the Bulldogs punted, Nathan Pepper scored on a run up the gut. After a 2-point conversion, Wall led 14-0.
The Hawks’ defense wanted to be involved in the scoring as a fumble from Brady turned into a scoop and scored. Gunnar Dillard loaded up a deep pass later in the 2nd quarter to score, 34-0.
Wall continued to pour it on and finished the contest 68-0. Wall won the outright District 2-3A Championship and now turns its attention to the playoffs. Despite the loss, the Brady Bulldogs also made the playoffs. More information on the playoff matchups will be provided at a later date.
