CLEVELAND, OH — The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns will open Week 4 of the NFL season Thursday night with first place in the AFC North on the line.
Both teams enter the divisional matchup 2-1. All four AFC North teams are tied at 2-1, meaning the winner Thursday will take sole possession of first place, at least temporarily.

Cleveland enters the matchup riding a two-game winning streak after opening its season with a 34-10 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Browns responded with a late rally to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 23-19, on the road before earning another victory at home against the Carolina Panthers, 21-18, in the final seconds last week.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson entered the season facing questions about his future as Cleveland's starter. Watson has thrown for 238 and 144 yards in the Browns' past two games, doing enough to help Cleveland win both contests.
Pittsburgh is coming off a 30-27 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals after its offense struggled through the opening two weeks of the season.
Aaron Rodgers threw for 292 yards against Cincinnati, while running back Jaylen Warren rushed for 127 yards. Pittsburgh had scored only one touchdown through its first two games before its offensive breakout against the Bengals.
Warren could again carry a significant workload Thursday with Rico Dowdle ruled out because of a toe injury.
Thursday night's matchup adds another chapter in one of the NFL's longstanding divisional rivalries, with both teams having an opportunity to move to 3-1 and take an early lead in the AFC North.
For Cleveland, Thursday also represents an opportunity to extend its winning streak to three games and capitalize on a home divisional matchup.
Pittsburgh, meanwhile, will look to build on its offensive improvement against Cincinnati and earn its second consecutive AFC North victory.
