INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Angelo State’s women’s golf team is ranked No. 13 in the latest NCAA regional rankings, positioning the Rambelles well within the projected field for postseason play.
The top 18 teams in each region qualify for the NCAA regional tournament, and Angelo State is currently the seventh-highest-ranked team from the Lone Star Conference.
The Rambelles have recorded three top-five finishes and six top-10 finishes during the 2026 season.
Angelo State will compete in its final two regular-season tournaments this week, beginning with the Palm Valley Classic on Friday and Saturday in Goodyear, Arizona, hosted by Western New Mexico. The Rambelles will then travel to Tucson, Arizona, for the Desert Invitational, hosted by West Texas A&M, on Monday and Tuesday.
The Lone Star Conference Championships are scheduled for April 13-15 in Rockwall, Texas. The NCAA West Regional is set for May 4-6 in Pueblo, Colorado.
