Seattle (1-1) enters the game as a 1.5-point favorite with the over/under set at 44 points, according to oddsmakers.

Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold is off to one of the most efficient starts of his career, completing 70.3% of his passes and averaging 9.0 yards per attempt through three games. Jaxon Smith-Njigba has emerged as the team’s top target, while Cooper Kupp and rookie Tory Horton have added consistent production. The run game has been effective in the red zone — Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet have combined for four touchdowns — but remains a work in progress. The Cardinals’ defense has been solid early, allowing only one first-half touchdown all season, but has struggled to pressure opposing passers.

Arizona is looking for offensive answers after losing running back James Conner for the season with a foot injury. Rookie Trey Benson steps into the lead role but has yet to carry a full workload. The Cardinals’ offensive line faces injury concerns with left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. and backup Kelvin Beachum questionable. Kyler Murray has been steady, but Arizona’s passing attack has struggled with drops and limited production from key targets such as Marvin Harrison Jr., who has not topped six targets in a game this year.

The Seahawks enter Week 4 allowing just 15.7 points per game, the second-fewest in the NFL. The run defense ranks third in yards allowed per carry (3.2), while the pass rush is producing pressure at a 44.3% rate despite one of the league’s lowest blitz percentages. Defensive tackle Byron Murphy II has been dominant, leading all interior linemen with 13 pressures. Seattle’s secondary has been banged up but has continued to generate turnovers, including two interceptions from Derion Kendrick last week.
