SAN ANGELO, TX — The Dallas Mavericks decided this would be a good time to raise their season ticket prices.
After infuriating their fan base by trading Luka Doncic, who was the face of the franchise, the Mavericks on Monday announced season ticket prices would go up by at least 8.5% next season.
They stated the increase was due to "ongoing investments in the team and fan engagement."
It’s the second time in the last two years they’ve raised prices.
The Mavericks said the new prices will better reflect seat values in high-demand areas.
Costs for the Club Access Level, which includes premium seats and floor-area seating, will rise more than 10%.
The Mavericks are currently in 10th place in the Western Conference with a 32-29 record.
