SAN ANGELO, TX — Due to expected inclement weather conditions at first pitch, the No. 2-ranked Angelo State University baseball team has rescheduled its doubleheader against Wayland Baptist.
Originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, the games have now been postponed to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 11.
Weather forecasts are calling for high winds, with gusts up to 50 miles per hour Tuesday, March 4.
The Rams’ next game will now be at 5 p.m. Friday at Lubbock Christian to begin a four-game series.
ASU is coming off a 13-7 loss to St. Mary’s on Monday that snapped its 13-game winning streak.
The Rams have a record of 17-3.
