Water Valley, Bronte to Meet for Spot in State Volleyball Tournament

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Water Valley and Bronte volleyball teams will meet Saturday for the Region I-1A title and a spot in the UIL state tournament.

Each team won their regional semifinal match Friday, setting up an all-Concho Valley showdown at 1 p.m. Saturday at San Angelo Central High School’s Babe Didrikson Gym.

Bronte (29-11) is ranked No. 3 in the state in Class 1A, while Water Valley (34-6) is No. 5.
