SAN ANGELO, TX — The Angelo State University volleyball team vaulted to No. 14 in this week’s NCAA Division II national rankings.
The Rambelles jumped seven spots after a pair of wins last week over No. 3 West Texas A&M and No. 20 Dallas Baptist.
ASU was unranked two weeks ago, but a win over No. 15 Colorado Mesa earned the Belles some attention and moved them up to No. 21.
Overall, the Belles have a 10-1 record and are on a nine-match winning streak. They’ll begin Lone Star Conference play Friday at Midwestern State.
ASU won’t play at home again until 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, against Texas A&M International.
