AUSTIN, TX — Former Houston Astros pitcher Greg Swindell has made a public plea to help find his daughter, Brenna, who he said has been missing from the Austin area since Thursday, Aug. 22.
Swindell and his wife, Sarah, expressed concern Brenna, a mother of three, was with her ex-boyfriend, Morgan Guidry, who they claimed had a warrant for his arrest and assaulted their daughter in June.
'Her phone is off and she has not been in contact with family, friends, and most importantly her children,” a Facebook post from the Swindell family stated. “Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know. She drives a white Kia Carnival which has not been located yet.'
Brenna’s missing white KIA was last seen on I-25 in Colorado on Friday evening, with possible sightings of Guidry and a van in Colorado Springs on Sunday evening.

Swindell posted Monday that it’s possible his daughter and Guidry may be in Idaho.
Brenna was described as 5-foot-5, weighing around 120 pounds, with shoulder length brunette hair.
She is also said to have distinguishable tattoos, including a sleeve of flowers on one arm and a spider web inked on the shoulder.
Swindell, a Houston native, was the No. 2 overall pick by Cleveland in the 1986 MLB Draft out of the University of Texas.
He pitched for Houston, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Minnesota, Boston and Arizona. He made the All-Star team in 1989 with Cleveland, and he was a member of the Arizona team that won the World Series in 2001.
