OXNARD, CA — The Dallas Cowboys announced their 2024 Training Camp schedule on Wednesday, June 26. Dallas heads to Oxnard, California, for the 18th time, with a departure day of July 23. Here is the schedule for the events at training camp if fans want to see the Cowboys in action.

Dallas Cowboys Training Camp

This season marks the 45th year that the Cowboys work out in Southern California during the summer. Fans are welcome to come out and support Dallas at all open practices on the schedule free of charge. Open practices begin on specified dates at 11:30 a.m. each day.
Following the team's return home to Texas, the Dallas Cowboys have announced that the final portion of their Training Camp will be held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Selected practices will be open to the public, with specific dates and times to be announced at a later date.
Dallas opens up the 2024 preseason in Los Angeles against the Rams on Sunday, August 11, at 1:25 p.m. The Cowboys host one preseason game this season. Dallas will play the Los Angeles Chargers at AT&T Stadium on Saturday, August 24.
