EMPORIA, KS — The Angelo State Rams and Rambelles Track and Field teams ended with NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships with some hardware over the weekend. The Belles bring home two new National Champions, and both teams finished with a combined seven All-Americans after a successful weekend in Emporia, KS.
Overall, the Belles scored 27 points to take home 8th place in the meet. The Rams finished in 24th place with 10.5 points scored among the best teams in the country.
The Belles highlighted their weekend with two national titles. The Women's 4x400-meter relay, comprised of Fatoumata Kabo, Zykia McDaniel, Kylie Frush, and Shadae Findley, placed first and set a new program record of 3:32.88 in the process.

Kabo took home a second national title in the individual events for her performance in the 400-meter hurdles. She finished with a 57.39 in the finals, a personal best, to claim 1st place on the podium.
The Rams' Jacobee Jones took home a bronze medal in the Pole Vault. Jones cleared 5.30 meters in the event and finished his day with a First-Team All-American honor.
In addition to the two national titles, the Rams and Rambelles also picked up seven additional All-American selections:
