Angelo State improved to 28-12 (26-12 LSC) on the season with the four-game sweep. The Rams seem to be entering playoff form as Angelo State approaches the final two LSC series of the season. Injuries are now less of a concern for the Rams moving forward, and we might be witnessing the start of a run that will end with another trip to Cary, NC.
Next up, the Rams travel to Austin on Friday, April 19, for a 4-game Lone Star Conference series against St. Edwards. Game 1 is scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m. Saturday’s games will be a doubleheader beginning at noon, and the Rams will play a single game on Sunday at 1 p.m.
