Concho Valley Schools Shine at San Angelo Relays Day 2

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The 65th Annual San Angelo Relays concluded on Saturday, March 23. The two-day meet began on Friday with the preliminaries and finished on Saturday with the finals. Our local Concho Valley teams made our community proud in the competition, winning several medals in the process. 

Wall Dominates Again

The Wall Hawks and Lady Hawks dominated another year at the San Angelo Relays. The Hawks and Lady Hawks won both Division II and Division IV. The Hawks led the way with 151 points, and the Lady Hawks placed 1st with 122 points. Wall's Brigg Jones set a new San Angelo Relays Division II record in the 200-meter dash on Saturday with a blazing run of 22.31 seconds.
