The injury bug continues to hamper the Rams this season and continues to be a contributing factor in several of the losses over the past few weeks. Despite this, many of the younger players on the roster continue to develop quickly as they are forced to play more and more. ASU is 15-6 overall and 10-5 in LSC play.  The Rams have two tough matchups this weekend, and both are games the Rams lost on the road earlier in the year. Two wins on Thursday and Saturday would go a long way in pushing Angelo State toward another postseason berth.

Angelo State’s head coach, Vinay Patel, talked about the loss to Eastern and how tough the environment is in Portales, NM. He then discussed the importance of the win last Saturday and what he expects from Lubbock Christian and West Texas A&M this weekend.
