SAN ANGELO, TX — The TLCA Eagles wrapped up their 2023 football season in the Bi-District Round of the Playoffs, and after a successful season, several Eagles garnered post-season accolades. Here are the players who received All-District honors for District 2-3A:

The Eagles finished the 2023 season with a 5-6 record and 3rd place in their district. TLCA made the playoffs, where they fell in the Bi-District Round to Crane. The players and members of the coaching staff found success despite early season adversity when TLCA moved on from first-year head coach Paulo Gonzales. Coach Jonah Masters stepped up when the Eagles needed him and took the reins of a program that could have crumbled. Instead, TLCA rose to meet the adversity and fought hard all season.
The Eagles had one of the most dynamic offenses in their district behind quarterback Lane Honea, and several talented skill positions players lit up the scoreboard in notable wins over Stanton, Winters, Grape Creek, Brady, and Ballinger. The Eagles continue to improve every season and should return even better next season.
