For comparison, the 2022 Defensive Rookie of the Year, the New York Jet's Sauce Gardner, has two interceptions in his career. Gardner was also the fourth overall pick.
Bland’s record-breaking pick six came in a huge 45-10 win over the Washington Commanders on Thanksgiving Day. His play has defiantly earned him consideration for Defensive Player of the Year. He and Stephon Gilmore form a dangerous duo in the Cowboys' secondary that will only get scarier when Trevon Diggs returns from his ACL injury.
