Rambelles Soccer Kicks Off Post Season Monday Night

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Angelo State Rambelles’ soccer team wrapped up their regular season on the road with a 1-0 win over Texas Woman’s last Friday, November 3. Now, the Belles turn their sights on the postseason. The first step in post-season play will be a quarterfinal matchup against Texas A&M International in the Lone Star Conference Tournament.

Monday, Nov. 6th at 7 p.m. at the ASU Soccer Complex in San Angelo.

  • Grace Jordan scored the lone goal in the Belles’ win over Texas Woman’s on Friday. 
  • Jordan, Madison Maxey, and Allyson Reed lead the Rambelles in goals this season with three a piece.
  • The Rambelles have had 13 different people record a goal this season. 


  • Angelo State defeated Texas A&M International earlier this season 2-0 in Lone Star Conference play.
  • The Belles lead the all-time series record against the Dustdevils with a 9-1-1 overall record.

The winner of Monday night’s game will travel to Dallas to play the winner of St. Mary’s and St Edward’s in the semifinals on Friday, November 10, at 7:30 p.m.
