SAN ANGELO, TX — The No. 19 Angelo State Rams host the University of Texas Permian Basin this Saturday at LeGrand Stadium in San Angelo. At his weekly press conference, Rams’ Head Coach, Jeff Girsch, talked about last week’s win and what he expects from the University of Texas Permian Basin this weekend for homecoming. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Last week, the Rams picked up a win on the road against Texas A&M Kingsville, defeating the Javelinas 38-16. Quarterback Gerald Gardner tossed three touchdown passes while running for another score while the defense finished with four interceptions in the game.
SERIES HISTORY: Angelo State vs. UT Permian Basin

- Last Meeting: Sept. 17, 2022: 34-21, ASU
- The Rams have not lost a game in the short history against the Falcons, winning the first six meetings since the 2016 season.
