West Texas UFC Fighter Picks Up Win with Nasty Leg Kick

LAS VEGAS, TX — A UFC Fighter from West Texas made headlines over the weekend after a nasty knockout via leg kick.

According to the UFC, on Oct. 14, 2023, Jonathan “Dragon” Martinez defeated Adrian Yanez with a TKO leg kick in the second round.

Martinez was born in Los Angeles but moved to Plainview, TX, at the age of 13. One year after the move, Martinez began training in Taekwondo.

With the win, Martinez moved to 19-4 in his career as a Bantamweight fighter.
