Puncher's Mcleod Wins Statewide Coach of the Week

MASON— Mason Puncher head coach Michael McLeod has taken home the award for Coach of the Week.

Dave Campbell’s has named Mason Puncher head coach Michael McLeod the 2A Coach of the Week after the Puncher beat up on the 3A Wall Hawks, 14-7. The Punchers are 6-0 this season so far. Also, Mason has only given up 61 points this year and have score 237 total points, a 39.5-point average.

McLeod has this team playing hard and are actually looking for their 13 consecutive district championship. Mason has two extremely good players in Ryne Todd and Sutten Silerio.

Mason has a bye week this week but come back with a game against the Johnson City Eagles.
