Carpet Tech’s Player of the Week: Week 3

SAN ANGELO- Week Three of the Texas High School Football Season is here and so is Carpet Tech’s Player of the Week. This week, the award goes to Sonora Bronco’s linebacker and running back Edgar DeLuna.

Last week, DeLuna had 17 Carrie’s for 256 yard and 4 touchdowns on offense. On defense, DeLuna had 14 tackles, two tackles for loss, 1 interception and 1 forced fumble.

On the season, DeLuna has 26 Carrie’s for 447 yards and 8 touchdowns. Defensively, he had 25 tackles, three tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and 1 interception.
