WWE Star Dies Unexpectedly at Age 36

 

BROOKSVILLE, FL — WWE star Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, has died, confirmed WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque.

"Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life, Windham Rotunda - also known as Bray Wyatt - unexpectedly passed away earlier today," Levesque wrote on X, the company formerly known as Twitter. "Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time."

Rotunda was known for his various characters, including ‘The Fiend’, a grotesque horror-themed monster clown.

During his career, Rotunda was a three-time World Champion and a two-time Tag Team Champion.
