Former Red Raider Takes Job at West Virginia University

 

MORGANTOWN, WV- A former Texas Tech quarterback has taken the offensive coordinator job at West Virginia.

Graham Harrell has been hired by West Virginia to be the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach.

Harrell held the same job at USC. Last season, USC lead the PAC-12 in total yards per game and passing yards per game.

Graham Harrell began coaching under Mike Leach at Washington State then landed a coordinator role at North Texas in 2016. Harrell has been with USC the past 3 seasons.

Harrell will be sharing coordinator duties with Gerad Parker who has been with West Virginia for the last 2 seasons.

In all three seasons at USC, the Trojan’s offense finished in the top 25 in the nation. In 2019, USC set single-season team record for passing yards, completion percentage, completions, and attempts.
