A Familiar Face is the New Sonora Head Coach

SONORA,TX- Sonora has found a new head football coach.

Blake Weston isn’t new to Sonora as he was an assistant for the Broncos before 2017.

At Reagan County, Weston posted a 13-30 record and twice appeared in the playoffs in 4 years.

Former head coach Kevin Sherrill left Sonora for Vernon after 2 seasons.

Sonora was 4-7 overall, 3-2 in district in 2020.
